Dio is an NPC that can only be spawned in a VIP server with the VIP command bar. He uses Basic The World, except has a lot more health. They have a Roblox face, unlike the stands in the game, which have their own designed faces, like Bootleg Pot Platinum, Bootleg Purple Guy, Clown Crimson, etc. (Dio has not upgraded yet, like his Stand hasn't upgraded. He only uses Basic The World and he doesn't have any evolved forms like The World: Over Heaven, The World (OVA), The World: Greatest High or Vamp
