Gods (神, Kami) and Buddhas (仏, Butsu) are one of the various races in High School DxD and are a principal object of faith and worship in religions. Gods are major figures among the many mythologies. Some, most notably Christianity, are monotheistic, revolving around a single God. Other pantheistic mythologies can have several. Within these mythologies, Gods can rule over various phenomena.
