On the middle of the room there is a noticeable black puddle of an unknown substance that can be traced back to the monster. The floor is made out of mostly broken wood and cut plants, and a faint red light is illuminating the room. It is easily identifiable through the dripping from the ceiling and the uniqueness from other types of rooms. The monster room spawns with an item box which can contain several useful items that change on different days of survival, each item box holding better items
